FAQ – GENERAL
I’m a beginner, are your classes suitable for me?
All classes that we offer are suitable for first-timers as the workouts can be adapted to any fitness level. We encourage all first-timers to take their first rides easy; to ride at their own pace and take regular breaks.
How early should I arrive before my scheduled class?
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before class. This is especially so for first-timers as it will allow for ample time for our staff to find your perfect shoe size and set you up for your first ride!
What do I need to bring for my ride session?
General workout clothing, water bottle and socks. We will provide the rest – such as cycling shoes, lockers, water refill, towels, and shower amenities.
Do I need to bring my own shoes?
Cycling shoes will be provided by us. If you prefer to bring your own cycling shoes, do ensure that your cleats are SPD-SL.
Are there shower facilities available?
We have three female showers and two male shower stalls in our studio for your post-workout freshen-up before you hit the road. Other complimentary amenities include bath towels, shower products from sustainable local brand Omno (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap), and Dyson hairdryers.
What if I am running late?
Please inform us as soon as you realise that you may be late for your session. As a general rule, we will not allow entry into the class once the class has begun.
What is your cancellation policy?
We accept class cancellations up to 9pm the night before the scheduled class time. Any late cancellation will lead to the class being deducted from your package, which will not be credited back.
Are there car parking spaces available?
Sheltered car parking spaces are available in the building. Ample roadside parking spaces are also available in the vicinity along Mohamed Sultan Road, Martin Place and Kim Yam Road.
